(is there a more annoying answer to that question?)
wait, don’t leave yet, let us explain
Some of our customers pay a flat rate for specific services on a project. Others choose to pay a retainer to consult with us on an ongoing basis. Some pay on a time & materials basis. And some customers don’t pay anything at all.
Yes, you read that right. They don’t pay anything at all.
Sometimes we work with the mill shops and/or lumber dealers and roll the cost of our services into the material and millwork services rendered in creating your solution. You get the bill from the mill shop and that’s it.
Okay maybe you aren’t paying nothing, but you’re only getting one bill instead of two.
Long story short, we want to work with you in whatever way makes the most sense for the particular project or your company model. There are way too many variables in this business to possibly try and wedge payment model in and expect it to work smoothly. So we adapt to you and shoot for the easiest and most seamless transaction possible.
